Software Features :

1. Map Navigation - Zoom In, Zoom Out, Pan, Identify.

These function allows operator to navigate the map with an easy “click and drag” interface, buy just click on the map, user are allow to zoom in the map for more road detail, zoom out for a broader overview or panning the map to move around. Vehicle plotted onto the map can also be easily identified. By using the Identify function, just click the Identify button and then cycle out the vehicle you wish to identify. The information of the selected vehicle is listed in the information column.

2. Tracking - SMS, Online.

Tracking in FMSS can be done in two ways, either online or via SMS. SMS allow a cost saving mode of tracking due to its lower GSM service fee, SMS is never the less the best way for remote tracking as its roaming capability allows international tracking with a minimal charge. FMSS software is capable to display and track vehicle located in all countries around the globe as long as there is GSM coverage. Online tracking allows real time vehicle locating capability, this mode of tracking is best suitable for important delivery or during emergency cases where the user need immediate information of the vehicle in real time.

3. Report.

Daily report can be viewed and capture via web-based. Data can also be saved in excel format for recording purposes. Reporting shows the date/time, vehicle plate, speed, address along with the google map point.

Advance Tracking :

1. SMS Broadcast - Send out SMS instruction to a batch of vehicle

FMSS allow operator to send SMS to a group of vehicle automatically, in this way hundreds of vehicle can be track with just a click of a mouse button. Broadcast tracking is best used to track a group of vehicle belongs to cooperate account customer.

2. SMS Resend - Resend SMS if vehicle does not reply (Optional)

Sometime SMS will become lost due to the enormous traffic flow of the SMS gateway. This function will resend the SMS if the vehicle tracked fail to response within a given time, thus allowing operator to perform other operation without focusing on a single vehicle. This will also eliminate the possibility of an operator forgets to resend SMS to a slow response vehicle.

3. Online Tracking - Allows a one to one continues data tracking

Online tracking allow a tracking unit to be continues monitored by the tracking system, please refer to the Tracking section under Basic Features.

4. Event Warning - Warn user when sensor being trigger

The tracking unit is equipped with 3 sensors input to monitor the status of the vehicle, if any of the sensor connected to the tracking system is triggered, the unit will broadcast the warning to two center numbers, one is the monitoring center and the other may be the vehicle owner hand phone. FMSS allow this messages to be display as an emergency event (refer to Warning Capability). Operator could also set the maximum traveling speed, route and operating area of a vehicle so that when the vehicle exceed any of its limit, the system will log down the incident and warn the operator. Event warnings are such as break in, panic button, route deviation, over speed and others.

5. Historical Data Recording - Allow data to be recorded

Every data that came to the software is being logged down in the database. This data will allow function such as statically analysis been performed. The data could be stored for as long as the user required.

6. Locate Vehicle - Fast vehicle locating

This feature allow operator to locate vehicle quickly by just clicking a few mouse button. The operator will just have to select a vehicle plate number and then click the locate button to center on the vehicle. This feature also allow vehicle to be hidden from view, this allow operator to hide the vehicle which is no longer require monitoring so that they could focus on other more important vehicle.

7. Lock Vehicle - Always center on vehicle

If there is an emergency event, operator could lock on a vehicle so that every time the vehicle moved, FMSS will focus and follows the vehicle.
